Maintaining your physical fitness becomes more important the older you are. Making sure you exercise regularly and keep an eye on what you eat is of real importance.
Just a few small changes in your routine can go a long way to improve your physical and mental health, as well as your quality of life for the future.
We offer a programme of activities specifically aimed at the over 50 group. These friendly sessions are ideal for all standards and newcomers are always welcome.
If you haven't exercised for a while, have an existing medical condition for which you're being treated or any other concerns about your health, have a chat with your G.P. before taking part in any physical activity.
For further information on the over 50's table tennis club, please contact Doug Fisher on 02920 317793 or doug.fisher@ntlworld.com

An unhealthy workforce can have a severe impact on a company's ability to maintain productivity, profitability and morale. Committing to a corporate membership scheme can demonstrate a company's commitment to the health and wellbeing of its' employees. Many companies choose to add membership to their overall benefits package and others, not in a position to do this, co ordinate membership with their employees so the employees can benefit from the discounted rate.
Our corporate membership is open to companies who take out 10 or more annual memberships together. This entitles the corporate member to exactly the same benefits as a regular member.
If you're looking for a membership package for your company our corporate members enjoy a discount of 25% off each full annual adult membership.
