Chepstow talent Jenny McLoughlin added a Paralympic medal to her
collection at the London 2012 Games. Along with Wales and
ParalympicsGB teammate Olivia Breen, McLoughlin finished third in
the T35-38 4x100m relay to bring home the bronze.
The 21 year-old won a silver medal in the 100m at the Delhi 2012
Commonwealth Games and represented GB at the tender age of 16 in
Beijing 2008.
She is coached by Darrell Maynard and her talents have been
cultivated by the Disability Sport Wales Academy which is designed
to ensure that young Welsh disability athletes showing medal
potential are provided with the essential starting blocks.
Jenny considers Lance Armstrong to be her role model. In her
spare time she enjoys horse riding and supports Manchester United
FC.
Jenny competes in the T37 100m & 200m.
