Biography

With 22 years experience in high level motor sport, Graham has competed all across the globe and recognised as a talented trackside Race Engineer and Team Leader.  

He has 6 years F1 and 5 years World and British Touring car experience  and was involved at the Le Mans 24 hour race and the Daytona 24 hour race.

He was also Team manager for Formula Vauxhall between 1990-1995, the Audi British Touring Car Championship team in 1996 and Senior Race Engineer for the Volvo British Touring Car team between 1997-1999.

Between 200-2002 he has Chief Race Engineer for the Arrows F1 team and then moved to Champcar in the USA for a season before becoming a Race Engineer for Audi at the Le Mans 24hr in 2004.

In 2005 he was a Consultant Race Engineer for SEAT, Audi & A1GP and between 2006-2008 was Sporting Director for the Super Aguri F1 team. In 2009 he was the Team Principal for the a1 GP Team Monaco and in March 2010 March 2010 moved into his current role as Head of Coaching for UK Sport.

Graham works in partnership with national governing bodies to design, implement and monitor the delivery Coach development initiatives across Olympic and Paralympic sports.
