Ex-international hockey player, Sarah gained more than 70 Welsh caps and represented Wales at the 1998 Commonwealth Games. She was also former coach to South Wales and Wales Under 18's.

Until 2010 she was a Director of Ryder Cup Wales and is an advisory member of the Commonwealth Games Council for Wales.

Sarah is a Corporate Director of Sport Wales, with emphasis on performance and excellence and is currently Chair of the SportsCoach UK 'Task and Finish' group on Coaching Excellence.
