The Main Hall has hosted numerous international events over the years from the UK School Games to International training camps.
The 10 badminton court hall is extremely versatile and able to accommodate many sports from international gymnastics to casual badminton. With retractable bleacher seating for 900 spectators it is large enough to host most events.

The Jubilee Hall is a versatile 4 badminton court sports hall, able to host a wide range of sports.

The Upper Hall is regularly used by the Table Tennis Association of Wales and the Federation of Disability Sport Wales. However, it can host a wide range of sports such as air pistol and archery. The hall is not suitable for ball or racquet sports.

A multiuse area ideal for fitness classes, martial arts and other non-ball or racquet sports.

A multiuse hall mainly used for fitness classes and boxing. Its' versatility allows a number of other sports such as table tennis, boccia and fencing.

This purpose built air conditioned dojo is home to the Welsh Judo and the Welsh Wrestling Associations. With a total mat area of 27m x 14m it has 2 judo competition mats and a wrestling mat.
Training aids such as ropes and a climbing traversing wall are provided within the dojo along with a spectator area.

This purpose built facility is home to Welsh Gymnastics Women's squad and includes a full range of competition and training equipment.

The centre is the home of Squash Wales and boasts 4 squash courts, 2 of which are glass backed exhibition courts with seating for 200 spectators.

Our 20 station air conditioned gym with a warm up/down area provides a range of fixed and loose weights and two lifting platforms.
You will need to join as a member and undertake an induction to use these facilities.
National Hockey Centre
The Centre is the home of the Welsh Hockey Union and boasts a Federation of International Hockey standard water based artificial floodlit pitch.
Used previously by GB Hockey for selection weekends this pitch hosts many International events and has spectator seating for 500. It is also used by clubs for training and matches.
The pitch is also used for football and lacrosse.
The centre has 2 grass pitches, one of which is used by the Welsh Football Trust for junior squad training prior to international matches. The pitch benefits from external facilities such as a covered dug out area and a physio room.
A second grass pitch is available and is suitable for rugby, football and lacrosse.
This multi sport all weather playing area is able to host 5-a-side football, netball (2 courts) and tennis (3 courts).
